This 3 bedroom, 4 bath penthouse is in Port Royal Tennis Village, one block from the Westin Hotel, the best resort hotel on the island, and offers many amenities for the beachgoer or sports enthusiast, and is a wonderful corporate retreat as well. 

The living room has a wet bar, atrium, fireplace and spacious balcony.

There are 3 TV's, VCR, stereo/CD player, cable TV, 3 phones and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. 

There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit, each with a king bed, balcony and private bath. One master has two baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub.  The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. There are three large walk-in closets.  There are also two roll-away beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, ideal for smaller children.  

It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and tennis and there are 3 nearby golf courses. Pool is on-site. A special key in the elevator allows you access to the penthouse, insuring peace and privacy.

Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The "All-Seasons" indoor pool is open year 'round and is heated in the winter time.
