Our cabins are located 2-1/2 miles from downtown Bryson
City on a little lane just off the Road To Nowhere. (also known as
Fontana Road and Lakeview Road.) The cabins are 1/2 mile from the Great
Smoky Mountains National Park.
Our cabins sit secluded, but are not remote, on the west side of ridge facing the setting sun. The only neighbors are a few cows grazing nearby on a small family farm. Rates and Reservations:Cabin #1 - Two bedroom log cabin: $100 per night or $600 per week. Cabin #2 - One bedroom log cabin with hot tub: $90 per night or $500 per week Cabin #3 - Two bedroom chalet with fireplace: $125 per night or $650 per week Cabin #4 - One bedroom A-Frame with fireplace and hot tub: $115 per night or $625 per week. Cabin #5 - Two bedroom log cabin with fireplace and hot tub: $115 per night or $625 per week. Our weekly rates are based on seven nights and are among the lowest in the area when compared to other cabins with similar locations and features. There will be a $5 per person, per night charge for all guests over four. A $100 deposit by check or credit card is required to reserve a cabin.

minutes from the downtown Burnsville square, grocery stores, restaurants and
all the unique shops Burnsville has to offer and just 40 minutes from
Asheville. Yes we have a Super WalMart in the neighboring town of Spruce Pine.

This meticulously maintained 2 story, 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home is located at almost 4,000 feet in the majestic Black Mountains of North Carolina. During the Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons there is not another home within eyesight. Being near the end of a dead end street affords you even more privacy. Miles of hiking on little known trails and mountain roads is available just out the front door. The large deck affords you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of these beautiful mountains. Enjoy the pleasures of outside dining on the large full length deck which stretches from the front to the rear of the home. This deck is accessible from the dining room as well as from the front porch.
This home is a perfect place to let the children run and play. It has a huge yard on the back and two sides as well as a large paved flat driveway. This driveway was specifically designed and paved so that the previous owners children could safely ride their toys. Upstairs is a third bedroom which can also serve as an entertainment room for the children to play games, watch movies or play video games they may have brought with them.
The small yet bold sound of Lickskillet Creek which runs
on the property can be heard from the large full length deck as well as from
two of the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed.
The other rear bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and the third upstairs
bedroom has a full size log style futon bed. All cookware, dinnerware, bed and
bath linens are provided.
This mountain home for rent along with being private and
located deep in the forest is equipped with satellite TV, VCR/DVD/CD player,
washer/dryer, kerosene heating.A gas grill is provided for your use. Lickskillet Road
Mountain Cabin Rental has refreshing crystal clear ice cold water from an
underground spring high up in the mountain.
