Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit of 50% of total balance is required to confirm reservations with the balance due 21 days prior to check-in. A security deposit of $100.00 in addition to the rental deposit is required.
Registered guests must be either married couples, responsible adults 18 plus years, or in the accompaniment of parents. The rates quoted are based on the following occupancy per unit:
1. One Bedroom - 2 people, May add up to two additional people
2. Two Bedroom - 4 people, May add up to two additional people
Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date to earn a refund (less a $25.00 processing fee reservation).
We accept all credit cards, bank checks and money orders. Security deposits will be refunded, in a timely fashion, after exit cleaning, premise inspection and the receipt of the condominiums original keys.
There is absolutely no refund for early departures.
Restrictions
These are NON-SMOKING units. Smoking, of any type is not allowed. Any violations of this non-smoking policy will not be tolerated.
Loud noises from television, stereo, musical instruments and talking should be kept a reasonable noise level, with emphasis on the hours between 9:00 pm till 5:00 am.
NO PETS, MOTORCYCLES, JET SKIS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, TRAILERS OR TOUR BUSES ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY DUE TO DEED RESTRICTIONS.
