		This vacation home has a huge wraparound deck w/ a hot tub and lots of seating; 3 umbrella tables, a bar, (seats 6-8), a swing, gas grill. There is also a basketball hoop and a warm outdoor shower. Inside is spacious and has a gas fireplace, 6 T.V.'s (including a plasma TV in the living room) and VCR's and 2 DVD players. The cottage for rent sits up away from the road, with only a short walk down the drive and across to the beach.

The inside of this vacation home is completely remodeled with ultra modern furnishings.

The Living Room has a gas fireplace with a plasma T.V. and surround sound stereo.

The Gourmet Style Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a convection oven. There is a wine refrigerator and a bar sink as well, and all is completely stocked, just add your favorite food and beverage.

The Dining Room seats 8 comfortably, there is also dining in the enclosed sunroom (4) and a bar table in the kitchen (2) and of course lots of seating for dining alfresco.

There are 2 Bedrooms on the main floor with Queen Beds and a Loft Style Bedroom upstairs w/ 3 Twin Beds. All the bedrooms have T.V.'s and DVD, CD and VHS players. Bedding is furnished.

The vacation home has a huge deck with a gas grill and lots of seating. The sunsets are unbelievable and you can watch them from the HOT TUB!!!!. There is also a basketball hoop and a warm outdoor shower.
