The resort has other amenities such as convenience store for shopping, cinema, spa and fitness centre. The actual units include one and two-bedroom units, although larger units may be available. All units are spacious with beautiful furnishings.
The one bedroom unit includes a private bedroom with whirlpool, efficiency kitchen and pullout couch in the living room. Each room has a TV. Free movie, Disney and sports channels for your viewing pleasure, plus a VCR in all units. This units sleeps up to 4 and is suitable for a couple, family of four, or two couples!The two bedroom unit is very large and sleeps up to eight (four separate beds with three separate sleeping areas). The master suite includes a TV and ensuite washroom with whirlpool. Bedroom two has two double beds and a TV. The living room has a pullout couch, large screen TV and VCR. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer and patio/balcony. This unit is ideal for larger family groups (including grandparents), two families or larger groups.

Loft units sleeping up to ten may also be available at $2,500 week.
Units rent for a one week period, normally from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, and some units from Sunday to Sunday. Extra days may be available for an extra charge at the resort rate.

One story bungalow style condo, in a well maintained and managed mixed use development of 85 units. A mixture of; owner occupied, long and short term rentals make this the perfect family vacation rental. (The original developer and his family still live on the site.)
1000sq/ft- fully licensed - if we've forgotten anything you need to make your vacation a memorable one contact our local rep and we'll try to get it to you. Just bring your clothes, cosmetics, and personal items and relax. (most people find so much to do in the greater Kissimmee area they don't slow down enough!)
Attractions: Disney's main gate is an honest eleven miles away; 15 minutes or less in normal traffic. Universal studios, Wet and Wild, Sea world, and all the rest of the good stuff is 20-25 minutes.
Local Area: The condo is three blocks from rt. 192 with all the shopping you could want. There is a convenience store on the corner about 250 yards from your front door, plus several churches (one catholic) within easy walking distance. The area is virtually all developed as condos and most are mixed use as this one is.
A heated pool is just steps from your front door, two lighted tennis courts just a little further. A private patio with furniture and a gas grill may be found outside the rear slider. Furnishings are as follows: washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, electric stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, two tv's with cable hookup, a vcr, local phone [bring your telephone credit card to call home] and a 266 mhz Pentium PC with internet service. All the kitchen and bath stuff are provided including a toaster, blender, coffee maker , electric broom, pots and pans, dishes and bowls, glassware, silverware, cooking tools, towels and linens, and anything else we could think of.

Our beautiful family home has been personally furnished throughout by ourselves to luxurious and unrivalled standards. The two master en-suite bedrooms boast king size luxury beds with pillow top mattresses and both benefit from their own 20" Sony TV and Sony DVD/CD Player. We also offer an additional 4 twin beds, again with luxury pillow top mattresses, Sony TVs and Sony DVD/CD players.
Fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryers provided (one large, one small!). Towels and all linens provided (all our bed linen is at least 250 thread cotton and is professionally laundered at no additional cost).
Range of baby equipment provided including: portable crib, high chair, baby monitors and a bottle warmer. For the younger children, we have a children's table with 2 chairs for either dining, sitting, reading or playing games.
Night lights are provided throughout the property for your children's comfort. The pool area is fully alarmed and safety bolts have been fitted to the patio doors for that extra piece of mind.
The rates in this home range from a low of $1031, to a high of $1341 for the villa rental.
Pool heat is an additional $170 per week and the
use of the spa is an additional $78 per week.
Stays of 10 nights or less incur an additional $100 cleaning charge.
All rates include 12% tax and are subject to change until confirmed.

to Windward Cay one of Kissimmee's best kept secrets. A quiet oasis in the heart
of one of the worlds great tourist destinations. Although many of the houses are
let on a weekly basis others are owned by people lucky enough to live there all
year round.
Our house backs onto conservation woodland. Loafing by the pool & watching the birds soaring above the pines I find it hard to believe that we are only 20 minutes away from Disney and 5 minutes from the Wal-Mart 24 hours superstore. |
