The Villa is located in a quiet residential area within a 3 minute walk to a sandy, secluded swimming cove. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in this pristine tropical paradise. Your Canadian hosts, Brooke and Richard Gazer, live on-site and can recommend restaurants or arrange tours and activities including: Snorkeling, diving, fishing, golfing birding, jungle and eco-tours. With nine bays and 37 beaches Huatulco is Mexico´s premier eco-resort. We are only 20 minutes from the airport. Non-smoking and no children under 18yrs.

LocationThe Villa is located on placid Conejos Bay in a quiet, prestigious residential area of Huatulco. It is an easy 20 minute drive from the Huatulco International Airport. We are three minutes by car to the hotels and restaurants in Tangolunda Bay; five minutes to the golf course with its pool and tennis courts; and ten minutes to either the Marina in Santa Cruz or the colorful Mexican community of La Crucecita, each of which has parks, markets, shops, and restaurants. The Villa and FacilitiesThe VillaDesigned as a Bed & Breakfast in the Pacific Coast style Agua Azul la Villa integrates architecture and landscape and relies heavily on natural materials. The decor is eclectic and uses Mayan textiles and objects d'art from Mexico and Guatemala. Agua Azul la Villa is so named because from here you are able to see "Blue Water" to the horizon.

The pool area is divided into four sections including a
palapa,
gardens and open terraces where you can soak up the sun. There are two
pools, the lower of which is 30 feet long; the upper pool is equipped with
seating and is a great place to cool off while enjoying an icy
beverage.

Breakfast is served in the main salon under a domed palapa (palm thatched) roof 30 feet in diameter. This room is at your disposal for playing cards or board games or chatting with fellow guests. If you are lucky you may spot a pod of dolphins from there. The library is a comfortable den-like setting where you can exchange a book. |

You can socialize with other guests in any of the common areas or relax in the privacy of your own spacious, ocean-view terrace. Agua Azul la Villa offers a clean, tranquil, smoke-free environment and is operated to high Canadian standards. We are sorry, guests do not have access to the kitchen.

The Pelicano offers the most expansive view and the largest terraza. It has a domed ceiling and both a shower and tub. The Orca, half a level below the main level, is the largest room and has two beds. |
Both rooms have a very generous terraza. The Delfin is one level below the main level. The Marlin requires more stairs but affords the most privacy. |
Both rooms are close to the pool. The Tortuga is a smaller room; the Caracol has a smaller terraza. |

We require a Visa or MasterCard number to confirm the reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let the room and a $50.00 USD cancellation fee will be charged. If the room cannot be re-let for the dates reserved, the amount of the total reservation will be applied.
