At the end of the drive one finds all amenities for daily life eg petrol station, hospital, church, pizzerias, restaurants, bakery , pharmacy & general shops if one does not want to go into the centre of town. The no. 16 bus also stops to take you straight into the centre of Florence in 10 minutes.

A total 16 acres of communal land including the Italian Gardens which date back to the 16th Century & the Tower which offers beautiful views towards Florence & hills. |

beamed ceilings throughout.
The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, washer/drier, hob & fan oven & fridge /freezer. All utensils & crockery are provided . The lounge/diner is well furnished with many antique pieces. There is TV (satellite),& CD /tape stereo system. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds & fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have 4 piece sanitory units: bathroom 1 with Jacuzzi bath & overhead shower, bathroom 2 with shower cubicle.
