2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 story vacation home, built in 1991, 900 interior sq. feet, 1/4 acre lot, which continues to be the #1 rental home on Saba. The vacation home has been managed by a local couple for 3 years.
Flamboyant is a 2 bedroom cottage located 1500' above sea level on Johnny's Ground, a 10 minute walk from Winwardside of Saba Netherlands Antilles .

A 3.5 hr. flight from Miami and a 6 times per day 15 min. flight from Dutch
St. Maarten.
Great panoramic view of all down islands (Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis, Montserrat) from a breathtaking spot, 1500' above the sea. Check the tiled terrace with gazebo plus a 10 x 20 freshwater pool. Fully furnished throughout.

Taxis are always available. Rental cars are available at a nearby location.
Private area on a 5 sq. mile island. Many Americans live on Saba with a total population of 1500.
Several restaurants within walking distance. 28 dive sites for scuba and snorkeling. Fishing is either by boat or from the cliffs. Swimming is at Fort Bay or Cove Bay. Many hiking trails up the mountain and down to the sea

Rates and Reservations:
June 1 - December 31, 2005 - $1,200/Week for up to four
adults and $180 for each additional night.
January 1, 2006, - $1,400/Week for up to four adults and $215 for each
additional night.
