Summer cottage for rent - 2-Bedrooms, 2 Bath, Large sun deck, loft with balcony. This cottage rental is on Protection Island, a small Island bordering Newcastle Island, which is a marine park. At low tide one can walk across between the two. Protection Island has a floating pub/restaurant and a foot passenger ferry, with hourly runs to Nanaimo, a 15 minute walk from the house.

Our summer house for rent is located at 192 Colvilleton Trail, the south end of the Island, only a minute walk to the ocean, where there are many beaches to
explore.
This cottage rental is surrounded by trees and faces south west, making for a very warm and sunny location. |

The bottom floor is 900 sq/ft and consists of two bed rooms, an open kitchen/living room layout and a three piece bath room.
