• Weekly rate three to four persons - $700.00 plus GST
• Daily rate per couple - $95.00 plus GST
• Daily rate more than one couple - $125.00 plus GST
• $250.00 security deposit - Security deposit may be paid by credit card or certified check. Refundable after 4 to 6 weeks if no damage, missing inventory or phone charges.

• All Found - guests just bring their food and personal items.
• No Pets allowed.
• Confirmation to be received within four days.
• Advise of date of arrival and approximate arrival time.
• On date of arrival the Property Manager will meet the guests in Windermere - Selkirk Realty Ltd, 306 Broadway Street, Nakusp BC to take the guests to the cottage.
