Conference Packages
Tyrolean Village Resorts offers a number of unique, non-traditional conference and meeting alternatives. Located at the base of the Blue Mountains are 8 large “Executive” style chalets that can be rented individually or as a group, and set up to accommodate small to medium size conferences (7 to 40 people).We offer the unique option of your group staying in a Boutique Resort setting of your own private chalets, as opposed to conventional Hotel accommodations. Each Executive Chalet has 7 bedrooms, 4 washrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms that can be used for break out meetings or relaxation. The Executive Chalets also boast of spectacular views of the Blue Mountains. We now offer catered-dining within the privacy of your chalet.
TYROLEAN BUSINESS CENTRE
Our Corporate Business Centre is located in the Main Office at Tyrolean Village Resorts and is open from 8am to 7pm daily. Services include sending/receiving faxes, photocopying, courier service and hi-speed Internet connection.
TYROLEAN CHALET MEETING ROOM
Our Executive Chalet Meeting Room accommodates up to 40 persons Theatre style for on-site business meetings. The Tyrolean Chalet Meeting Room is equipped with a TV, VCR, writing boards, projector, tables, chairs and a small refreshment area. AV and conference equipment rentals are also available through the Tyrolean Special Event office. Chalet Catering is available for breakfast, coffee breaks, working lunch, dinner and social events. Décor, Speakers and Entertainment services are also available through the Tyrolean Special Events Office.
CONFERENCE CENTRE
The Conference Centre hosted by Shirwood Catering is located 5 minutes from the front door of your chalet. Four fabulous meeting rooms are available for guests of Tyrolean Village Resorts from April through October for business meetings, conferences and gala events. Situated literally at the base of the mountains the rooms accommodate from 65 – 300 persons. Catering is available for breakfast, breaks, working lunch, dinner and social events. Décor, Speakers and Entertainment services are also available through the Tyrolean Special Events Office.
EVENT FIELD
The Tyrolean Village Event Field is the perfect outdoor location for corporate teambuilding and social events. Located next to the pool area of the Resort, The Tyrolean Event Field offers a fantastic view of the mountains and is ideal for groups of 50- 200 participating in outdoor activities. Catered BBQ, Tyrolean Picnics, Spit Dinners and Poolside Socials are available for corporate groups ranging in number from 15 - 300.

Whether your décor requirements are for Fantasy Chalet’s in context with your Corporate Branding, an Awards Dinner at the Conference Centre or a Product Launch on the event field, we can assure you of producing customized, creative, functional and budget conscious décor concepts.
CATERING
Shirwood Foods, as the preferred caterer to Tyrolean Village Resorts, is able to provide menus and/or customize your conference meal requirements for any size function. Our summer catering packages include: breakfast buffets, coffee breaks, working lunches, picnic baskets, reception, dinner and social menus for your perusal. Specialty catering – private Chalet Chef Service, on-site BBQ’s and Spit Dinners. Menus available upon request through the Tyrolean Special Events Office.
